Emily is the coordinator/admin for Junction Network (including Blaze Uth), alongside working as Youth Projects Lead with Ruff & Ruby Urban Youth Charity. Emily has previously worked for Mercy UK, & as a youth pastor in a CofE church, as part of the New Wine Network - alongside attaining a masters in Theology.

Ore Adeyemo

Ore works for the Ruff & Ruby Youth Charity as the artist lead for the “Antidote.” Hip-hop collective (@Anti_doteofficial)
He also leads the Blaze Worship, who are a group of young people from around the city.

Tom is a dedicated youth worker at Newcastle Baptist Church who oversees all the fun our young people get up to.
Dawn Reynolds

Dawnie is one of the founders of the Junction Network, alongside being the CEO of the kings-award winning urban youth charity Ruff & Ruby. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Dawnie has extensive experience in the youth work landscape, both secular & faith-based. Dawnie was the original pioneer of the Soul Sista girls' movement @ Soul Survivor & has also worked for Oasis Trust as a youth evangelist, working alongside The Message Trust on various youth initiatives over the years.

Miriam Dixon

Hi, I'm Miriam and I am the youth leader @ St Stephen's Church, Bentilee. I have been a teacher for over 20 years and my ministry has been mainly working with children and young people. Every Sunday I provide a youth group at St Stephen's, providing engaging lessons for the youth to learn about our amazing God and connect with him. I am also on the Leadership Team and run our weekly BTM Youth group. Another passion of mine is worship. I am worship leader and I play the keyboard in the worship band. I love God, love serving him and love seeing people's lives transformed in my profession and ministry.

His journey started in gymnastics at age 7, later transitioning into boxing — shaping both his discipline and mindset.
Now, his focus is the next generation.
Helping young people build self-worth, live with respect, and discover purpose beyond what they see around them.
